CG Thermal has become a member of the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council (OCTC) and will join over 60 prominent companies.
Ohio Chemistry Technology Council exists to represent the chemistry industry in the public policy arena in Ohio. Additionally, their organization advances the understanding of the contributions of chemistry to our modern lifestyle and promotes the highest standards of environmental, health, safety, and security performance.
The OCTC is the leading advocate for Ohio’ chemical technology industry, the second largest manufacturing industry in Ohio, and the sixth largest chemical manufacturing state in the nation. Since 1988, the Council has represented the state’s high-tech chemistry community before elected officials, the media and public.
The OCTC is a member-driven organization with each member company having an equal voice in establishing priorities. Designated representatives from each member company provide input to the Council and vote on all matters brought to the membership for decisions.
CG Thermal plans to sponsor the OCTC 34th Annual Conference during May of 2023. This is Ohio’s largest chemical industry event and will feature an awards presentation and numerous presentations. By joining the council and sponsoring future events CG Thermal provides decades of experience in harsh and corrosive process streams. Ultimately, this valuable expertise will only serve to enrich the chemical processing market in the state of Ohio and beyond.
