  • Control-System Design: We develop control-system architecture and specify the hardware, software, licensing, field instrumentation, and communications required for new skids, new builds, and existing process systems.
  • Control Panel Design, Fabrication, and Panel Building: Control panels serve as the interface between process operations and automation logic. CG Thermal designs and fabricates custom control panels tailored to project-specific requirements, including corrosive environments. Panels can be provided as part of a complete turnkey system or as a standalone solution.
  • PLC/HMI Programming: We develop application-specific PLC and HMI software for legacy systems and new builds, including process logic, equipment communication, and modifications to existing OEM programs. Our platform experience includes TIA Portal for Siemens systems; Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, and Connected Components Workbench for Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation systems; and Do-more Designer and C-more for AutomationDirect systems.
